Adult Education classes are offered in:

English as a Second language, adult high school completion or GED preparation classes and academic instruction in basic reading, writing or math are available in 37 school districts and 15 community-based organizations available and ready to meet the English and basic education needs of refugees ages 16+.

The Language Academy is a program of Cottonwood High School with the mission to teach English to newly arrived refugees and immigrants who speak little or no English while they are learning Utah core academic content.  The goal is to assist their successful integration into U.S. society and teach U.S. culture, social and life skills in an enriching and supportive environment.  The program serves 10th to 12th grade students for between one to four semesters.
